Used this book as the fun activity at the Second Grade level Religious Education class I teach this past week. The kids enjoyed it and the book is very inclusive. Plan to use again.

great for teaching

I bought this for our parish library. I think it's a great resource for parents and PREP teachers. I have personally used it in helping a Spanish-speaking priest work on his English Mass words, as well.

Our ten year old enjoys this at bedtime, I enjoy the fact that using these illustrations make it easy to expand on the Sacraments meanings. After all we are a Sacramental Church.

Praise for Seek and You Will Find

"If you want to be inspired, entertained, and immersed anytime, anywhere you must check out this book. Kristina Schoh takes her young readers on a fun and unique journey to learn more about our Catholic faith.
This is a truly inspired book for the young family with kids trying to fulfill their Sunday obligation.
It is educational and engaging for the young mind that cannot read or participate fully in the Mass or other sacraments.”

"Seek and You Will Find- A Catholic Sacraments Adventure by Kristina Smaby Schoh unravels the mystery of the Seven Sacraments for kids (big kids, too!!) in a delightful, creative, and polished format. The interactive book embraces the fundamentals of the Catholic faith in a rich and refined layout. Not only is it great for kids, but this book is an excellent resource for parents, teachers, or anyone wanting to explore Catholic beliefs."

Connie Miller, Religious Education Teacher

"Kristina Schoh's SEEK and FIND SACRAMENTS is an excellent Book for young students learning about the Sacraments for the first time.
It is not only age-appropriate, but with colorful illustrations and age-appropriate text, it will entice and excite students to read further to explore the Sacraments of the Catholic Church.
Important elements of the book include:

1. The importance of the priest and other people present (i.e family and friends).
2. Special prayers associated with each sacrament.
3. Special symbols specific to the Sacrament presented.

As a former teacher and principal of a preschool (3 year old), 4K and 5K Kindergarten Program, and grades 1 and 2 Catholic School, I have not only observed classroom instruction, but in reading stories with them and to them on many occasions, know what excites and challenges their learning experiences."

Johl Stellflue, Retired Catholic Elementary School Principal, Aquinas Catholic Schools
