from 1096 reviewsWe always learn so much about the faith in your Treasure Chest issue. This year because of your magazine, our family decided to participate in the St Martin Fast. Praying for you and yours! A very Merry Christmas!
The series exceeded my expectations. The comic was informative and has me hooked.. such a great way to learn about Eucharistic miracles.
We read this comic to the Vacation Bible School children ages 5-10 and their parents and we nearly ran out of scapulars for all the parents and children that were desirous of making a generous gift of themselves to Jesus through Mary in the Brown Scapular enrollment. Praised be Jesus Christ! Prayerfully written and produced! It inspired me greatly hearing the messages of Our Lady. Thank you!
I got three: for my son and two brothers. The first brother loved it so much that he requested the book; he didn't realize that Saint Christopher was such an interesting figure.
Thank you so much for making comics that are faith filled. My children love Vovage Comics. They are beautifully made and enjoy that our kids can enjoy their faith in yet another avenue through comics. These comics allow our children to fall deeper in love with their faith.
This appeals to the Junior High and High School age kids meeting them where they are with St.Joan of Arc’s incredible story. Kids need a hero and she’s it!!!
This comic book has a very pulp era feel too it. With Spider man/ Daredevil vibe.
My 10 year old son is very much enjoying this book; he had it high up in his wish list! It also offers many great opportunities for deep conversations together about our faith. Excellent!
The book directly ties in with the Phantom Phoenix. I'm a grown man and father. I buy these comics for myself cuz I love comic books. I got tired of Marvel and DC with their poor quality art and story telling. I do love indie comics and Voyage is a great indie comic company that has passion for the art of comic books.
The first issue of the Lionette ends with a bit of a cliffhanger. Can't wait for the next issue.
This is a fantastic comic series. Entertainment for the whole family. All of the situations are so very relatable. I recently ordered Volume 2 and have pre-ordered Volume 3. I am anxiously awaiting their arrival. I hope God guides this young man and that we have many years of Catholic comics this enjoyable.
Just read the first issue. The art style and color reminds of Dynamite entertainment comics. Dynamite is known for making comics based on old school pulp fiction characters like the Shadow, the Green Hornet, or the Phantom. I like the first issue and will continue to check it out. I love the old style Chicago gangster style setting. The comic story get right into the action. It is a fun read. The phantom Phoenix seems like a cross mix between the daredevil and spider man with Batman's detective impulses.
The children were so excited for your new classic adventure story. Their Mom saw the cover and grabbed it and started reading it. Mom kept murmuring “I didn’t know that!” The children started clamoring for the comic. As I departed the family huddled around as mom read and showed the the pictures from your comic.
I am grateful that such priceless treasures are available for our families, schools, and parishes. Children are so blessed to grow up with these enlightening and encouraging resources at the side. Thank you to Voyage for taking the time, effort, concern, care and energies into producing timeless, inspiring treasures. The story of Saint Faustina is depicted in such a striking and engaging way. You can go wrong with anything from Voyage!
My nine year old grandson loves books and reads constantly. His seven year old brother is very active but I suspected he would love an adventure story. I ordered the first issue of Medal Knight for him. I was amazed but so happy to see him nestled into the couch, completely engrossed in your book. He asked if there were any more issues. Of course, I ordered the second issue but we weren’t sure it would arrive before his family had to leave to return home. The package showed up today and I let him check the mailbox to find it. Knowing that these were his books, not hand-me-downs from his brother, was such a thrill. It was also great that his big brother asked if he could read one of the books, too.
Thank you for capturing a little boy’s imagination and giving him something great to love. I sent a picture of Lucas with his treasure, along with big brother, Jack, to the comic book's author, Philip.
