Birthday Present for young boy turning 11

I bought Finnian and other Voyage comic books for a grandson who is turning 11. His mother is anti-religious and would be upset if I gave him a Bible for his birthday. She probably won't be thrilled by these books, but I believe he will. The illustrations are good and the story line looks catchy.
